What is our Program for Protecting Your Home from Termites?

Inspection

Any company offering termite protection and coverage against termite damage is required to maintain a license and certification with the state department of agriculture and to conduct annual inspections of your home for termites. A trained professional will know exactly what to look for and be incredibly thorough in their inspection of your home for termites and termite damage.

Right from the start, we will thoroughly inspect your home for termites, review and document any areas of concern and discuss in-detail our warranty coverage with you. You will know your home is in good hands with us.

Treatment

Liquid Termiticide treatment involves applying termiticide to the soil underneath and adjacent to the structure to create a continuous barrier against termite infestation. Best protection will consist of trenching around the outside, drilling into the slabs and any other voided areas that allow passage for termites. The actual length a treatment remains effective depends on thoroughness of the application, termite foraging intensity, conducive conditions and environmental conditions.

When assuming protection of a home, we will likely apply a booster treatment to ensure your home has been properly protected against termites. We will then follow-up that treatment with annual inspections of your home for any signs of termites and termite protection. If any changes are made to your home’s structure and landscaping that allow for potential access of termites, we will work with you to ensure your home is protected. This is why it is important to keep us abreast of such changes, so that we can inspect and help ensure constant coverage against termites. We also install termite baiting systems upon request.

Warranty

There are typically two types of warranties offered against termite damage for your home—a retreat warranty and a repair warranty. Retreat warranties do not cover any damages done by termites. They only provide for a retreatment of your home against the invading termites. A repair warranty covers both the retreatment and the repair of damages done by active termites since the time that firm inspected and began protecting and warranting your home. It is important to ALWAYS read a firm's contract carefully. Firms will limit or exclude liability for damage done to your home for a wide plethora of reasons. Therefore, it is important to know what is covered and what is not covered by said warranty.

In very specific instances where it is impossible for us to warrant a home against termites, we will offer retreat warranties. However, we are so confident in our services, we mostly offer repair coverage against termite damage to your home. It is our aim to partner with you in aggressively protecting your home against these pernicious critters. Therefore, we strive to keep our warranty as simple as possible our protection as effective as possible.
